Where is Bussy-Saint-Georges
Back in 1789, Bussy-St-Georges was governed under the authority of the Généralité of Paris.

During the XIXth century, Bussy-St-Georges was in the county of Lagny, and hosted a population of between 500 and 550 inhabitants.
Two ordinances, on June 6th and August 15th, 1827, reduced the town’s territory, allotting the land to the neighboring communities of Ferrières and Jossigny.
Since 1985, Bussy-St-Georges has been integrated into the outskirts of the new town of Marne-la-Vallée, and has reclaimed roughly 180.50 hectares from the neighboring communities of Bussy-St-Martin, Collégien and Ferrières.
